It often takes me a couple of tried to find a case with a new phone. This was my first try. First the issue with the magsafe-first one didn’t have it. But the second one I wanted to be waterproof. But now I don’t need that (not nearly the threat it was initially). So, I looked at this case. It is much thinner than m previous case, which ahs been unnerving as I have used "industrial grade" cases because I tend to drop my phone. I have dropped it twice and it is fine. Tha magsafe works well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I really wanted to love this case and based on the reviews was looking forward to receiving it, but …While the case looks very durable and I’m sure would protect it from impacts, there are 2 main drawbacks which led me to return it:1. It’s pretty ugly: The iPhone 13 pro max is an attractive phone, but this case just overwhelms the aesthetics of it. It’s very bulky and plastic-y (at least the transparent version I purchased).2. Bubbles in the screen protector: No matter how carefully I read the instructions, the screen protector continued to create bubbles, most likely due to the case frame pinching into the screen area. I even used the 2nd protector they included, same result.UPDATE 6/14/22:Due to this company’s exceptional customer service, I’m upgrading my review from 3-stars to 4. The company has truly listened to my feedback and are planning to look at the issue to determine whether or not modifications might be necessary for their case. I am impressed and appreciate their valuing their customers’ experience. Have no hesitation recommending this company to others.
