So far so good with this product. I took me a few tries to find a product that worked with my vehicle (specifically the air vents). I ended up not even trying the vent mount for this product and used the flexible, very adhesive dashboard mount. It’s only been a week or so, but it’s working great so far.

I like almost everything about this little wireless charger. My iPhone 13 pro max with magsafe case easily aligns and remains attached while driving, even on some very bumpy roads. I can rotate the phone orientation to portrait/landscape easily, and the mount angle can also be easily adjusted. My reason for four stars instead of five is simply that maybe it charges too powerfully? The phone gets rather warm while charging with the display on (maps and/or music).

I have been using this MagSafe car mount for over a year. This quality stands great in various tough environment. Recently, my son accidently broke one of the plastic claws on the car mount. Unsure if it will be covered the warranty after 1 year, I emailed ESR. To my complete satisfaction, ESR offers a free replacement with free shipping. The replacement item comes in the mail within 2 days. The product design is one reason that I purchased from ESR. A year ago I thought another brand that was supposed to be great and cost way more than this one. One year later, doesn’t work as expected. I decided to take a chance with this and absolutely pleased with it. My phone is secure, charges very well, and I had a choice between using the vent option or dashboard option. The dashboard anchor is the perfect size to where I wanted to put it in my vehicle. Other brands, that anchor was just too big or doesn’t curve enough to lay flat across my dashboard. This is the perfect size and really happy that I now have access to all my air vents! Highly recommend!!!

The car mount is an okay product. I never used the wireless car charger part, so I can’t talk about that, but I did use the suction part of it almost every time I drove, every day for over a year. It goes in the vent properly and has a great magnetic power, but that also makes it easier for it to get loose until you push it back in. Many times I’ve had the car mount fall out of the vent over bumps or leave the vent stuck to my phone when I tried to grab my phone, while driving! The vent attachment part of the mount is not as good as it should be likely because of the Pro Max being heavy and the magnet being very strong, which is annoying.The clip part of the vent holder also broke off, to boot, so the car mount is useless now. Felt like it was going to break at some point, I’m just surprised it took this long, as I’ve had to constantly put it back in the vent or push it back in.
