I bought this case because I liked its color matching to my blue iPhone 15 pro, and it looks great! The magnets are VERY strong and the case is sleek and thin which is what I wanted. The original case I ordered developed these white marks on the magnet ring after a couple days unfortunately, and they wouldn’t come off. I contacted customer support, and they responded promptly (within about 36 hours), and they immediately offered to send a replacement. I didn’t need to return my old one or pay any additional cost, simply sent them my shipping address and a new one arrived within 3 days. Very good customer support and I would recommend this brand!

This case is ok I guess. It’ll work until I find so better. It does have a strong magnet and I like that. The edges are kind of hard and slippery. It feels pretty cheap. I’ve gotten similar quality cases for a lot less money

I’ve been using ESR cases since my iPhone 13 because of their advantages they have over the Apple ones, specifically the way the bottom part isnt covered on Apple’s. Meanwhile ESR’s cases have softer and responsive buttons, full protection, and for my 15 Pro Max the action button works perfectly. It was slippery in the beginning but you get used to it very quickly. And even when the case felt like it slightly yellowed around the bumpers, ESR Support very nicely offered me a replacement. Their customer support has always been fantastic for me in the past and they continue to do so and its why I’m sticking with them
