Received the other day and when trying to apply, it did not work as the instructions directed. Contacted the company that day and informed them of the situation. They responded the next day with a resolution to the situation. The communication from the representatives has been outstanding while we get everything sorted out. I have purchased numerous ESR products in the past and this is the only one I’ve ever experienced an issue with. I will continue to support this company because our their outstanding products and now their outstanding customer service.

Reviewing a few months after receiving the product, the screen protector works really well, not a lot of glare, the Apple Pencil writes better, and the image quality is still good.

I tried a rock, paper, Pencil removable screen protector first. Really liked the texture of it, but it collected far too much dust when taking it off and on, and it got dirty and smudged very easily. I have an ESR case that I love, so decided to try the screen protector. Easily the best experience I have ever had with installing a screen protector. It was truly phenomenal. Unfortunately, the texture is barely an improvement over the bare glass screen. Writing on it is very slippery and causes my hand to cramp, which never happened with the last screen protector I used. I want to love this matte screen protector, but unfortunately it just doesn’t work well for writing. I will continue my search for something with better texture.

This was my first time using this type of screen protector and I love it.The feel is really like paper and that’s great because we use our IPads for gaming and creative design.The only downside is it lifted a little once we put our IPads in our cases.Now it’s been about two months of us having the protector on our IPads in our cases (that were also purchased from ESR) and the lifting, air pockets, have not moved or spread.Also, it is conducive with the stylus we own.I recommend this for practicality as well as how awesome the screen protector feels.
