Does the waterproof phone pouch work?

The ESR iPhone waterproof pouch offers IPX8 resistance and floating capabilities, safeguarding your iPhone during water sports.

Please ensure the following:

● Watch the installation video on how to properly seal your pouch.
● Conduct a waterproof test before each use.
● Do not pierce the pouch with any sharp objects.

If your waterproof phone pouch is damaged during the warranty period, please contact ESR customer support for a free replacement.

What should I do if the waterproof phone pouch doesn’t fit my phone?

Please ensure the following:

● Remove your iPhone case while using the waterproof phone pouch.
● Have fewer than 2 cards in the card holder.


If the waterproof phone pouch you ordered still does not fit your iPhone, please provide us with your iPhone model name or number. We will send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.

How to find your iPhone model:
iPhone: go to Settings > General > About > Model Name/Model Number.

What should I do if I get an SOS prompt?

For use at depths between 0-10 ft (3 m):

● If the pouch is highly inflated, you can open the pouch to release some air. 


For use at depths greater than 10 ft (3 m) :

● Close the SOS prompt manually. When underwater, the water will deflate the pouch slightly, so you won't be receiving the SOS prompt anymore.

What should I do if my touch screen becomes less responsive with this waterproof phone pouch?

For underwater:

● Touch screen can be used up to a depth of 10 ft (3 m) if the pouch is inflated.

● Use the easy-press buttons to take pictures at a depth of more than 10 ft (3 m) with no need to inflate the pouch.


For use out of water:

● You do not need to inflate it.

Taking care of your portable inflation nozzle:

Please hang the portable inflation nozzle on the included string to prevent from losing it.
