Will this screen protector affect the clarity of my iPad display?

How can I ensure that the screen protector stays securely attached?

Before applying the screen protector, please watch the installation video above.

 

Dirt on the surface of the iPad screen can weaken the magnetic attachment. Please clean the iPad screen thoroughly before applying it, especially around the edges where the magnetic strips attach. When applying, remove the protective film covering the black magnetic strips, and ensure that the glossy side of the magnetic strips is facing towards the iPad screen. After proper alignment, swipe down both magnetic strips to ensure firm attachment.

Why is there a slight gap between the screen protector and my iPad screen?

The magnetic strips on both sides of the screen protector may cause the edges to be slightly thicker than a regular screen protector. This could result in a slight gap between the screen protector and the iPad screen. However, this is normal and won't affect the touch sensitivity or writing experience of your device. 

 

If you notice a more significant gap, it could be due to improper storage of the protector. To avoid this, always keep the screen protector in the included storage envelope when not in use.

What should I do if this screen protector doesn't fit my device?

If the screen protector you ordered doesn't fit your device, please provide us with your device model name or number. We'll send you the correct size, with no returns necessary.
