Purchased this case as I liked the kickstand. In the first week of using the stand came detached from the case due to the adhesive backing. I contacted customer support and they responded within 24 hours and said they will send me a replacement with no questions asked. As of writing I am still waiting for the replacement but was very impressed with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the seller.
