It supports 7.5W fast wireless charging for the iPhone 13/12 series. CryoBoost™ cools your phone to ensure that it continues to charge at this maximum speed even when you’re using it. Other chargers without cooling tech are forced to slow charging as your phone heats up to avoid overheating. CryoBoost™ ensures that navigating won’t slow you down. To achieve fast charging, we recommend using the included charging cable and an 18W+ QC car charging adapter. (Adapter not included)
Wireless charging creates heat which forces ordinary chargers to slow charging speed to prevent overheating. CryoBoost™ combines a phone-cooling fan and heat-dissipating components to keep your phone cool during charging. This means that it can continue to charge at maximum speed even when your phone is in use. The result is that, when navigating, your phone will charge faster than any other MagSafe charger.
The magnets in this MagSafe car charger support up to 1,400 g and are more than strong enough to support your iPhone 13/12 series phone during normal use. When paired with a HaloLock™ case, the magnetic strength increases to 3,000 g.
To ensure your phone stays securely attached, this charger should be used with an ESR HaloLock™ case or an official MagSafe case. Other third-party cases may be compatible with the charger, but we can’t guarantee that they will provide a secure magnetic lock and safe mounting.
Yes. The air vent mount includes a support arm for added stability, ensuring your phone stays securely in place. The vent clip rotates 360°, allowing it to clip onto both horizontal and vertical vents. To ensure stability while driving, make sure to follow our installation steps by either watching our installation video or reading the included manual.

The fan is noisy for sure. It makes a low pitch whine while it’s charging. But it’s worth it. My phone no longer overheats while using that navigation apps. This was the main reason I bought the Cryocool version. The tightening ring did crack in the heat will probably try to remember to put up the sunshade in the windshield, but ESR sent a replacement.

I used this mount to replace a old ESR halo lock mount. Nothing wrong with that one I just wanted one that would wirelessly charge my phone too. This one fit the bill perfectly and also kept my phone cool with the built in fan. It charges a bit slower than a direct connection to the USB port ( all wireless chargers are slower) but its not a problem on any of the drives I’ve went on.

The magnet on this is a lot stronger than the previous ones I had from the same brand .I always loved what ESR sells ! But this mount ! Is way better than the other ones they ever made !.But I’ll say it again , yall need to create a hook safe clip that could work for all air vents instead of the one it comes with .

Previously bought a few of the ones without the cooling fan – they were great but found where it sits in my cars the phones could get a little warm in the sun. So went for the upgrade with the fan. These have been great and kept the device cooler and I’ve had no warm devices since.Better if’s – the connectors are great and I use the ‘pinch’ one for the vent and would be nice if the screw thread was a little more robust – no problems as yet with it but just don’t over tighten.Finally one of my previous ones has started to do some strange things with its charging – on/off and not sustaining the charge. Contacted ESR (as just out of the ESR window) and they’ve been great – I have a replacement on its way. For me after service, replacements, warranties etc. are where companies need to step up and there’s been no complaints with this interaction.

I had one of these at home but wanted one in the car – as I have wireless android auto, wanted the extra cooling as my phone gets hot when using Waze and this does the job perfectly. I like the fact that it only switches the fan on when the phone is on the charger, and not always on

this product and the customer service are A+. I like how the fan in the charger allows for more airflow and keeps the phone cool as it charges and as it is docked. The magnet is a good strength, my iPhone 15 pro does not fall off even with an apple silicone case on it.I had an issue with a part that broke, I emailed the seller with a picture and he sent me a replacement free of charge, no questions asked. That kind of customer service makes me want to stick with this brand in the future.

I purchase this product and I was so impressed with it. The first time I had to purchase it again for a second car unfortunately, the second one had a defect six months in, but the manufacture state that they stand by the warranty And I can say that they have. This may have been one of the easiest customer assistant product exchange warranty that I have ever experienced, and they have met all my expectations.

This is an awesome MagSafe mount and charger. I love the fan in the mount that keeps my phone nice and cool while charging. A must have for MagSafe charging.
