The screen protector is ok. It does its job of protecting the screen of the iPad and the alignment tray helps you align the screen protector. However, the glass is a bit too thick that it lessens the clarity of the screen. The alignment tray requires you to swing the glass over the iPad from the top that it inevitably attracts dust no matter careful you are. The most concerning thing is that I found two different stickers for the product with two different serial numbers. The two stickers were stacked on top of each other, so that only the "newer" sticker was visible. It seems that they sold the screen protector that has been sitting on the shelf for years and put on another sticker to deceive the customers into thinking that they were purchasing a "newer" product. No matter how good and functional a product is, its company should not deceive its customers. Unfortunately, ESR has not been following that simple rule and hurt their own integrity.

No es como lo anuncian. Usé los dos protectores porque el primero se dañó. Y el segundo también creó burbujas. Aunque pude sacar la mayoría aún lo estoy usando con dos pequeñas burbujas que no pude remover por más que lo intente. Pensé que era tal como dice el vídeo y las instrucciones. Por lo demás es resistente, se ve claro, fácil de limpiar y casi no se pegan las huellas de los dedos

Screen guard is very nice and sturdy, looks durable although I had issues installing due to dust keeps flying in, I had to contact ESR main customer service to replace my defective ones and they sent me new one free of charge. Definitely recommend this product and the product support you get!!

Although I got a couple of small air bubbles during the installation, the process was pretty easy to follow. I just made the mistake of not laying the sheet down properly. No problem; I’m good with what I have, as I have another sheet for next time. Everything works great and feels wonderful.

I recently purchased these screen protectors and initially encountered some issues with bubbles. However, the customer service was exceptional—they promptly sent me replacements. The new protectors were much easier to apply, and now my screen is bubble-free. There are just a couple of minor blemishes from forcing out the original bubbles, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and support. Highly recommend!
