The magnets in this iPhone stand support up to 1,400 g, they are more than strong enough to support your iPhone 13/12 series phone during normal use. When paired with a HaloLock case, the magnetic strength increases to 3,000 g
Yes. The base attaches to your dashboard with reusable adhesive. It also has a locking latch that ensures secure attachment. To make sure that it stays in place, clean your dashboard’s surface with the included cleaning kit before application and follow the provided installation instructions. You can also remove and reposition the mount. Once removed, rinse with running water and air dry before reapplying. Do not wipe the suction cup dry.
To ensure your iPhone 13 or 12 stays securely attached, this charger should be used with a HaloLock magnetic case or an official iPhone 13/12 magnetic case. Other third-party cases may be compatible with the charger, but we can’t guarantee that they will provide a secure connection and safe mounting.
Yes. It supports 7.5W fast wireless charging for the iPhone 13/12 series. To achieve fast charging, we recommend using the included charging cable and an 18W+ QC car charging adapter.

I’ve had this product for quite a while, going on 2 years, and after daily use, exposure to sun, etc, the tightening nut finally cracked on me. I didn’t realize until it was unusable just how much I rely on this thing! I reached out to the manufacturer just hoping they could help, and I got a response the same day that a replacement was on its way. This kind of customer service is sadly the exception, but I was happy to know that I picked a great product from a great company. I’ll be roughing it in the meantime, but life will be back to normal very soon. Thanks, ESR!

Was unsure about how well it would adhere to the textured dash (Escalade) but it does, even through significant bumps and rough roads. Magnetic feature easy to use and holds. Charges without issue. Although a bit more money that others I highly recommend this holder.

Had my Magsafe ESR Charger for about a year and a half and all of a sudden it snapped in Half… i reached out to customer service and in less then 24hr they responded with a replacement on the way even thoe it was out of warranty. Really good product, strong magnet, I have one in my 3 cars and 1 in my semi truck. Holds strong even in my offroad jeep! The one that snapped was on my semi truck with the ruff roads in california, but glad the replacement is on its way!

Overall a good product.. But the arm lock is unstable.. Becomes loose, resulting in the phone falling on even the slightest bumps even at dead slow speed..

Likes are hold to dashboard and holds phone well after I purchase the case recommended.Dislikes it gets very warm- charging speed not great but it does charge. Why does it get warm?

I bought this product because I wanted to have my air vents free again and I didn’t want my phone sitting up really high in my dash. I was also looking for a product with MagSafe and wireless charging, and this product checked every single box. It was really easy to set up and is very durable and vibration proof.After about 9 months the tightening nut that keeps the phone holder part attached to the ball/socket joint eventually developed cracks and broke, so when my phone was attached it was floppy and wouldn’t face forward. I reached out to ESR customer service and even though the product was out of warranty they sent me an entirely new product immediately with no questions asked. It was a very easy and pleasant experience and Cressida on their customer service team exceeded my expectations. I will be using these products again.
