I really do make this mount. Most of the time it works really well. However, on hot summer days the gel adhesive will give way and the mount will fall. You can let it cool and reapply it and it will stick again, so that’s not too bad. Just expect it to every so often fall when it’s hot out or if your windshield is in direct sun.

I genuinely thought the adhesive was not gonna work, but I took the risk. I had bought two dashboard phone stands prior to this purchase, and after 2 weeks of summer heat, it is still holding up pretty well.

A part from the product broke after return window had closed. I contacted ESR who promptly responded and quickly shipped me a replacement part. I dealt with Cressida from their support team and cannot fault their excellent customer service.

I am using it on the windshield, but this is a great mount. Has held up well in Texas heat, which was my main concern. Very sturdy arm with lots of angles to lock in place. Would buy again for sure.
