Durable, and very sturdy. Multiple accidental drops over the month and still holds well + great protection.Great customer service and warranty, 6 month on the product and had a minor crack, but they offered to send replacement.

I used to always worry about dropping my iPhone max when using one hand, even with a case. I no longer worry with this ESR case- it’s anti-slip and comfortable to hold for long periods.

Update: returning. The material attracts debris and hair super bad. And won’t work with car platform charging. Pretty though. Like camera coverage.Really nice case, I love it. But 4 stars because something about the case makes it unusable on my new car auto charge platform. That’s disappointing and surprised that’s not tested out. As soon as I remove the case my phone charges fine. Other cases do not cause this issue. Only this case.

Love the case. It works beautifully. I drop my phone often and this has protected it. The design is sleek and MagSafe still works like a gem. My only issue with the case is how difficult it is to get into my pocket (any material pocket) because of the material

Tan soft case. When I opened the packaging the case has this horrible smell, hopefully go soon. The case feels very soft and pleased with the protection for the camera. Lint sticks to it so much from my pocket thou and hard to get in and out of my pocket. Probably will not use as very annoying
