FAQs
Yes, this waterproof phone pouch is only for iPhone 15 Pro Max/14 Pro Max.
Yes, this waterproof phone pouch is designed with easy-press buttons.
Yes, your phone screen maintains high sensitivity even with the waterproof pouch on. When using above water, there’s no need to inflate it. However, to use your phone in water between 0–10 ft (0-3 m) deep, you will need to inflate the pouch until there is a gap between the screen and pouch, and then close the rubber seal. The pouch will compress due to water pressure when used at this depth, but it will still allow you to use your touch screen normally. If you’re using at a water depth of 10–100 ft (3–30 m), there is no need to inflate the pouch. Instead, use the easy-press buttons to operate your phone.
Yes, there is an opening specially designed for the camera. When using above water or in water between 0–10 ft (0–3 m) deep, you can use the touch screen to take photos and videos. If you’re using at a water depth of 10–100 ft (3–30 m), please use the easy-press buttons to take photos and videos.

Took it on cruise last week. Works as advertised. Love the floating feature. Water tight.

Phone slides around, hard to touch screen. And the strap attaches on other end from phone camera. Does not work for me

Mantuvo el celular seco durante todo el día! Fui a un parque de agua en donde sumergí el celular muchísimas veces en piscina y de verdad q los videos son perfectos y el celular siempre me estuvo seco.

The product looks to be a very good case and advertises itself for the iPhone 15 Pro Max but my phone would not fit into it. Probably the plain iPhone 15 would

Good product and so much better than the other waterproof phone cases I found from other companies. The design is brilliant!I had a slight issue with one of my ESR products. I reached out to their customer services and quickly received a response and they gave a great resolution. The communication was polite and professional. I was really impressed.I bought 3 of their products so far and I’m really pleased with them. They’re of good quality and look good too!I would highly recommend that company.

I love this case. It protects my phone when I go to the beach or natural spring. Does exactly what it is supposed to do: keep water out, but still keep the phone usable. I am able to easily scroll on my iphone while it is inside of the bag, and the fit is more snug than the universal ones available, which I have found to really enjoy. I expect to use this for a long time.

I regularly use a generic hard case that I bought here on ESR a while ago, whenever I use my phone to watch videos while in the shower. But it is just slightly water resistant, rather than “water proof”. Suffice to say, that I wouldn’t want to use that case at the beach or in the pool. Because of that, I have used a bunch of generic phone pouches or sleeves, that are kinda like putting your phone in a ziploc bag. My results have been pretty mixed. Most of the time, you get exactly what you bought…a generic vinyl phone pouch that fits terribly for most phones and simply doesn’t fit if you have something like an iPhone Pro Max. So, you buy a bigger pouch, that looks like it was made for an iPad Mini, just to get your phone to fit. Eventually, manufacturers start making more appropriate sized pouches, but they still kinda flop around. There is also the fact that most use either roll up or pinch designs that either don’t really seal well or trap so much air that you can’t effectively press the screen. Many of these take a long time to center the phone, then remove the right amount of air, then get a good seal. Whew!Having used ESR stuff before for my phones, I jumped at the chance to try this new pouch. Let’s be honest, if you buy a bunch of stuff on ESR, quality is pretty hit or miss. My first impressions of this pouch is that it seemed to be fairly well constructed, considering it is a vinyl-like pouch. Unlike most other pouches I have tried, this one is fit specifically for my iPhone 15 Pro Max and even has a hard tray that slides into the pouch. This centers the phone and adds some rigidity too. So this brings me to my first challenge. Since the tray is fitted to the phone, it doesn’t fit with a phone case on it. Removed my case and the phone dropped right into the tray perfectly. I tried to insert the tray into the pouch, but ran into challenge number 2…my camera lens protectors added thickness to the camera and wouldn’t initially pass through the hard plastic interface on the pouch. It took a little bit of force and fitting to get the camera past the opening, but if you spread the plastic interface a little, it should work for you. Now I sealed up the cover and used the release button on the locking lid to vent the air and get a better fit. This was much easier than trying to squeeze air out of the ziploc, like other pouches.Fit was good, touchscreen worked very well when dry. As with all pouches I’ve tried, touch sensitivity decreases a bit when it gets wet, but this one worked better than most. Sound is always a little muted in these types of pouches, but it is still very serviceable. The padding on the pouch made it comfortable to hold and I’m guessing it might add some buoyancy as well. But depending on the size of your hands and where you hold the phone, it can get in the way. The pad also causes the phone to sit awkwardly when you lie it flat on it’s back.Waterproofing/resistance was very good. Although I didn’t get to take it to the pool, I did run it directly under the water and I dunked it in a bucket for a couple minutes. While this wasn’t a comprehensive waterproofing test, the phone came out perfectly dry and everything worked as it was supposed to.I give this a solid 4 out of 5. Maybe my rating is a little unfair, since this works well as a purpose built solution, but less so as a quick pouch to place your phone in and out of when the need arises. So if you are planning to spend the day at the beach, are going out on a boat, or maybe passing the time floating down the river, this is a nice solution. You just need to plan for taking off your case and maybe your lens protectors. Another issue for my use case, is that this does not come with a way to hang or mount this, so you can watch videos hand free, especially in landscape. I guess you could place it on a ledge or shelf, but not ideal. All that said, this is pretty well constructed and works as advertised, just keeping the case issue in mind. Time will tell what durability is like, but so far so good.Pros:Reasonably pricedWell builtHard tray adds rigidityGood touch sensitivityGood waterproof performanceSpecific fit, so phone does not flop around inside the pouchCons:Won’t fit with your phone case onCamera lens protectors could be an issuePad on the back can be awkwardNo solution to mount pouch so you can watch hands free (except just leaning it on something)Need to plan for using this pouch and prep your phone

overall I love this. it fits my iPhone 14 pro max very well and most importantly kept it dry. to be honest, i only tried it out in my pool. the screen is still very responsive under water which is important when you’re trying to press the camera button quickly to capture fast moving fish! i also like how it includes a floatation device and wrist band. those I had to buy separately for the life proof one i got for my iPhone 10.the only thing that bothered me a bit was the 2 prongs that you need to squeeze to get your phone out of the case, it was a bit hard for me to do, but perhaps they needed to make the fit that tight to make it water proof. also this case is larger then the life proof one, even for the new ones they have for the pro maxes. theirs you can use as a normal case, but this one you need to take out if you want to use your phone normally.but overall for the price, its very well designed and does it’s job. more accurately i probably give this 4.5 stars.

I have been using many ESR accessories for my iPhone 12 Pro, 13 Pro, and latest 15 Pro Max. ESR never let me down. This waterproof pouch also made with high quality and fits the iPhone perfectly. I highly recommend all iPhone users give ESR a chance to try their products.
