This case was for my son who loved the style. After a few months of use the stand did end up falling off and there were some other areas of damage. I contacted customer service and once I uploaded pictures of the issues with the case, they sent out a replacement, which ended up getting to me before the projected delivery date. I don’t know how many staff members they have on their support team but Ariel was amazing!! If there were one thing that would make me continue purchasing from this company, it would be their customer service; responses always came in a timely fashion, was respectful, and my issue was resolved with ease.
