Originally the product did its job! Great no problems… first incident occurred awhile ago where trying to clean my phone and removing the case. It was so difficult it ended up cracking.. not extreme force but necessary to even remove the front protector. (Didn’t have an issue and moved on) than before making this review I dropped my phone BAM entire back of phone is cracked. Phone and phone case damage. Not too happy…

Not a great product. Much better off spending a little money and getting separate screen and case. Might work for some people but I didn’t like the overall feel of this product.

I thought I ordered the case with the black back but I received clear. Then I tried to install it. It just shouldn’t be this difficult. It was certainly not intuitive. I tried scanning the QR code twice and the response was that the web page was down for maintenance. The graphic instructions were completely useless. I wish they would hire someone from IKEA who knows what they are doing — and speaks English. I do like the film provided for the screen protector but the caps for the camera lenses fell off almost immediately. Once I finally got the case assembled, it seems secure and has a good tactile quality. The case muffles the speakers slightly but they are still legible. The buttons all seem to work fine, perhaps even better than without the case. The exception is the slide switch to mute the ringer. It turns it off but not back on. Maybe that’s just me. Overall, the case is worth the small amount of money I paid and I would buy it again, if only because I now know how to get the two pieces apart and installed without screaming at the thing.
