This case has worked well for me – at least for about 2-2.5 years. At about the 2-2.5 year mark, the kickstand really only had 2 positions: fully open or fully closed (it became very loose). So, I think this is reasonable and within the expectations (I think it was 2000) set in the description. I would have liked for it to last longer – but that is reality.What I liked about this stand is that it did allow for multiple positions (at least for the first couple of years), it allowed for wireless recharging (albeit it had to be in just the right position – so it took a bit of adjusting to get it in the right position), and it allowed for enough of a metallic plate to be put underneath to make it work with the magnetic car vent holders. The case also held up well over the 3+ years I have had it – the outside looks almost new. I am considering getting another one – I would like to have all the same features described above but have the kickstand work longer and be a bit more stiff or difficult to move from one position to another and I would like the wireless recharge circle to be a bit larger. So far though, this is about the best I have found.

Very good phone case. I like that it is clear so you can see the original color of the phone and the stand is very sturdy and strong.

I’ve had this case for about 2.5 years, and have noticed discoloration in the plastic. That doesn’t bother me that much, but more concerningly the plastic has stretched slightly so that it’s no longer a snug fit for the length of my iPhone. That’s led to a few scratches on the top of my phone when I’ve dropped it face down (because the top edge slips out of the case). No cracks yet, but I will be purchasing a different case to protect my phone rather than sticking with this one. The kickstand is still working great, but I want something more durable for the rest of the life of my phone.

Well made stand. This is my third purchase. The last one got loose due to use. so it was not holding the phone securely. But I like the sturdiness of the stand.

This is a great iPhone 12 case with a stand that holds the phone vertical or horizontal. It’s a clear case so you can see your phone color, side buttons work great. It adds a little weight to the phone because of the stand, but hardly noticeable. I haven’t dropped the phone so I can’t comment on the protection factor, it’s similar in construction to the other cases I’ve had that have protected the phone when dropped. The feature of the included stand is what made me decide to try it, couldn’t be more pleased. It also comes in black.
