Brought 2 cases of this type and they didn’t quite fit our iPhone 12 pro. Contacted their customer service and responded quickly and resolved our issue by sending requested cases promptly and fast. New case arrived and they fit nicely. Also, I think their cases have 2 years warranty if you register. So I’m guessing that if anything goes wrong, they would resolve it. Kudo to y’all!!! I would recommend this company.
