I bought this case 2 years ago and one of the corners crack recently. I decided to email the company and honestly I didn’t expect to get a response. Fortunetely ESR responded the next day and offered a replacement!! They offered a hassle free replacement! Great service, will be buying from them again!

It’s a good case. It didn’t fit my phone perfectly, it likes pulling off one of the corners slightly. It doesn’t come off but it annoys me to know it’s not fitting perfect.Picture 1: This case cannot get wet. The part near the mute switch deformed a ton when gotten a little moist a few times. I had it on the door of the shower away from direct water but the steam deformed it.Picture 2: There is a small deformation near the power button that grew once it got “wet” it’s hard to see in the picture but it comes out towards the screen a bit.Picture 3: This is also where it broke slightly. I’ve removed the case a handful of times and this made it so it only bends there and is weak. The rest of the case is quite rigid.Picture 4: my fault. I dropped it while on a bike ride and it hit my gears I think. The leather was totally torn up but after a couple weeks it has kind of gone back together a bit!Picture 5: damage from dropping it. Dropped onto rough asphalt made large dents and rips that somewhat healed over time. The soft leather kind of molds back into placeOverall it’s a pretty case that you have to treat nice or else. My lifestyle is not good for this

This one was too good to pass up. Real leather case for almost one fourth the price of Apples case.Though not exactly the same, still a bargain.Wish there was more choice in color but black works fine for me.

After using various plastic cases since I got my iPhone 12, this leather case immediately feels so much better in my hand. It’s leather all right — I could smell it as soon as I opened the package — and with the metal buttons and metal rim around the camera module, it feels much more premium than other cases despite costing about the same. The fit is very good and allows you to appreciate the design of your phone; actually, my one complaint is that it’s a little too good, because as other reviewers have said, the aperture around the lightning port isn’t large enough to accommodate wider charging cables. Also, not exactly a complaint, but I wish it came in more colors. It’s hard to go wrong with black, but I really wanted a red leather case to match my red iPhone…but I guess it’s a compliment if I like the case enough that I want to see more of it.

This leather case fit my iPhone 12 Pro perfectly, and gave me access to all of its buttons and connections. It looks good, and is wearing well so far. The softer feel of leather versus hard plastic is very satisfying.

for the price not bad feels pretty better than vegan leather. But I do already have cuts in it only had about 2 months but for 25bucks not to bad.
