The quality of the case and its versatility are excellent. But it’s so heavy as to be impractical frankly.

I want to use my iPad vertically, to read PDFs, as well as horizontally, and I want it held at at the ideal angle in either position no matter whether I am sitting at a table, sitting or standing at my desk, or lounging in an easy-chair. This will do all that. It is a bit heavier in my rucksack than other cases but half a pound does not matter to me there. It appears to be as protective as the basic Otterbox I used with my last iPad, but there is no way I can tell, especially considering its additional weight.

This case is very definitely a unicorn. It’s pretty cool. Using it for the iPad Pro 13. It has all kinds of features. The snap on piece fits the iPad perfectly. It really fits well. Just I alone is a good protector for the iPad. Then there is the folding stand piece. It is heavy! But it has to be to do what they designed it to do. The iPad can be propped up in a typing mode or a viewing mode. Has a variety of grooves and there are magnets to hold it in position. I am giving it a try. I’m not sure the weight is worth the features. I’m typing on my lap right now and it seems to prop it up well. I have tried it for viewing and it is very stable. But for carrying the iPad it makes it pretty heavy. It does have the space for the Apple Pencil and that works well. And also a holder on the back for the pencil. I have a couple other cases on order form the same company so we shall see what ultimately see what seems to work the best. I may send this one back and keep one of their lighter cases. It I do like this because it really feels like it would protect the iPad as well. And the way the iPad fastens in with magnets it’s easy enough to remove it with the snap on case still attached for making it lighter.I’ll update with more. But it is definitely something they put some thought into that for sure. And if it want heavy I don’t think standing up the iPad would be stable and at $2000 it definitely needs to be protected.

The ability to use the iPad Pro in the horizontal and vertical positions is great.The elevated vertical position is great for FaceTime calls, and vertical reading like magazines and comic books.I like how you can separate the case from the rest of the cover when it’s not needed.With the cover on, it’s comparable in bulk to the Zugu case, but a little heavier, but it’s not really a factor for me as I typically carry it my backpack.Overall, I’m happy with the quality and versatility.

This is the only case which is suitable for all use cases – whether you’re using it for writing (w/Apple Pencil) or watching Netflix or drawing or as an extended display for your Mac, etc.Also if you want no flip cover but a back case for protection, the flip cover is detachable, and that makes it way less bulkier.

The functionality of this case is extraordinary but when I got it and lifted the case it of the shipping box, I was really taken aback. The case will weigh more than the iPad Pro 13”. This case weighs 1.68 lbs, while the new ultrathin iPad Pro 13” only weighs 1.28 lbs. The ultrathin iPads weight cuts two ways, as a strength, it’s really light, and this same lightweight may make it fragile. I don’t need a case that can protect the case from being dropped on hard surfaces and then give a presentation. If mine falls, it will be on a plush carpet, ain’t it great being retired! If you needs dictate greater use in corporate or field settings, this may be exactly what you need, while you’re working towards your retirement, God’s speed you’ll love it.

Great Case for the New iPad Pro, but very heavy to carry. Good for a desk stand not to carry over.

I have been using iPad cases since the iPad came out of this is by far the best design.Having the iPad in a mini case that attaches to the main case to provide landscape and portrait and raised landscape mode is brilliant.Works flawlessly.
