Sturdy case, a little bit on the heavy side at 630g however, I am satisfied regardless. The overall quality of the product is better than I expected. Highly recommended!

1. It comes with a protective case/shell detachable from keyboard. It protects the ipad from bumps and falls making me less worry for my ipad.
2. It’s very flexible as I can adjust the viewing angle from 0-180 degrees. I also like it as you can easily swap from landscape to portrait mode depending on what I need.
3. The magnetic flap is one of the best innovation it has, because it helps secure my apple pencil from accidental detachment.
4. Although it connects via bluetooth, it was still easy to pair and used. It also has its own battery so that it won’t get its power from the ipad itself-and I like it!
5. The backlight can be adjusted to different colors and brightness as I prefer.
6. The keyboard doesn’t feel cramped. Not difficult to type.

Found the Apple-branded cases way too expensive so I found this budget-friendly option. Despite a few quibbles I’ve been impressed so far!Pros: Affordable, great build quality, product feels solid overall, setup was very easy (ie. Bluetooth pairing, backlight), magnets are just strong enough to hold the iPad to the keyboard securely without needing to fight with it, hinge is very firm and supports the iPad very well in either landscape or portrait orientation.

I ordered 2 of the ESR Ascend keyboard cases, 1 for myself and 1 for my husband

Being a typist (work/over 100wpm) I love how the keyboard feels plus, for me there’s no lag in the trackpad. I do like the extra bit of weight in the cover as it’s a nice solid feel.

Being able to choose between landscape and portrait positions for my iPad Pro will come in handy. The magnets are quite strong and hold the iPad in position. It comes with a detachable cover for the iPad which stays on the iPad and that then connects magnetically to the keyboard.

The stand is great and can be adjusted to many angles. My previous iPad case was useless as it collapsed most of the time.

Very pleased with these 2 excellent keyboard cases and the 2 cost a lot less than buying 1 Apple keyboard.

The product is lightweight and portable. The battery life is long to the point where i don’t ever remember charging it and I’ve had it for months. The only problem i have is the hard shell case that it came with has broken over time from regular usage and there is no option available to purchase that on its own. Would love to see the magnetic hard shell case available for purchase in the future. Will continue to purchase ESR products.
