I recently purchased this keyboard for my iPad and, unfortunately, the first one I received was broken. However, the company’s customer service was outstanding. They were extremely helpful and nice throughout the process and promptly sent me a new one. The replacement works perfectly, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Great keyboard. This style stand allows you to use any case you want with the keyboard which I like. Only thing I don’t like is the trackpad it’s not as smooth as apple and it sometimes gets stuck. Overall connects fast and good feeling keys.

After using the case and keyboard combo for a few days I’ve come to really like it. The whole setup is a bit heavy but it turns your iPad into a laptop. I really like the convenience of the detachable case which allows for a lighter weight when the keyboard and trackpad aren’t needed. Protection within the whole system seems to be very high, and the keyboard/trackpad setup is large and comfortable. The keyboard pairs very quickly and is very responsive and performs well with iPadOS.

in comparing to my partners magic keyboard for the ipad pro (which also fits the ipad air 13”), i find that the ESR ascend case offers much more protection and a wider selection of keys. it also can be folded flat if you’d prefer to use it that way. the only drawback i’ve found is that you must use the included ESR case, and it isn’t compatible with other cases, even other ESR ones. but all in all, if you don’t mind using a separate charger for your keyboard and ipad, this case is an excellent choice.

This is a great 13” iPad Air keyboard with detachable case that can be easily taken on and off with magnetic attachment. The ability to position the iPad in either portrait or landscape positions may be one of the many features I prefer this over other iPad keyboards currently on the market. The detachable case means that I do not always have to take the entire keyboard with it anywhere I go including playing games or streaming while lying down. The ability to change the colors of backlit keys are an added feature if you are into RGBs in general. And as the pricing goes, it is much more affordable compared to the manufacture’s if you could live without the pass-through charging as this does not support such function. The only complaint I have is this thing can add quite a weight to your existing iPad, making it less of portable-friendly-device. However, this is a great value for what it can do for a fraction of price
