I wanted to like this screen protector and the ease of installation, but it fell short. The protector itself seems to be made quite well, but the issue becomes apparent when you realize there could be tons of air bubbles that become difficult to remove. Each attempt to remove the bubbles required lifting the protector, using the included dusting cloth, and dust removal sticker, making what should have been an easy install, quite cumbersome. Each removal made it more difficult to line up screen with tablet. I will say that that the customer service from ESR is excellent. Janet, the ESR Support Team Rep, was extremely polite, professional, and gave me the choice to exchange or refund the purchase, hassle free.

I got the Armorite protector and am over the moon. Installation was well thought out and the glass is beautiful. It actually seems to collect fingerprints less than the iPad screen. Looks strong….time will tell. I purchased for an IPad Air 13” M2 and it fits great in the Logitech Combo Keyboard case.

The QR code that is provided with the screen protector no longer seems to be available, also kept getting bubbles no matter what I did. Luckily I was able to slowly pull up areas and re-drop. After like 7 times and a lot of pressing out towards the edges I was able to miraculously get rid of all the bubbles and now it’s perfect

I chose this brand due to the method for applying the protective sheet, seemed quite handy. Despite doing everything exactly right, it left behind four air bubbles, 2cm in size, between my IPad screen and the protective glass. Most obvious with a black screen. Also could not get to the video page using the QR scan, “Page under construction”. And nothing on YouTube for my 2024 iPad Air. So I had to try very hard to read the tiniest print I have ever seen. Ridiculous considering these are the very important instructions. Overall a good concept that is not user friendly to install.

This comes with detailed directions (in six languages!) and a tray to restrain your device while you use the enclosed cleaning supplies. The screensaver itself is in a frame that swings on an hinge gadget unerringly over in just the right place. Great engineering. The few bubbles left disappeared quickly. Nicely engineered.

I recently had an issue with one of the ESR products, but the customer service experience was exceptional. The team responded promptly and sent a replacement quickly. Ordered "used-very good" product and it was delivered in damaged package. The contents looked in tact, but found defective at one corner by missing adhesive. Contact ESR and the seller confirmed that it was sold in ESR by an unauthorized seller. HOWEVER, ESR offered voluntary replacement. I accepted the offer and it has been fulfilled only in several days from the contact. They shipped a new package to me at no cost. ESR not only acquired customer’s loyalty but saved ESR’s negligence in this matter. Good job, ESR. Appreciated.
