Anti grip slip with easy to clean. The latch that covers the charging port is a plus and the few drops that were deliberately executed yielded good results. The stand did NOT pop open nor did the phone partially pop out the case. The s-pen detached a couple of times but that’s a samsung problem. Sleek appearance and a good bang for your buck.

The design of this phone is really good. I like how the camera guard is the kickstand to hold it up. However the shield you place on the front of the phone broke in 3 weeks. I reached out to the seller about a replacement and the customer rep was very kind to send me a new one for no charge. The customer rep was very nice and super helpful in replacing my order. Sturdy phone case for protection. However the design could be a little better as the camera guard allows dust and debris to collect underneath the case, as it’s a transparent case, it’s very obvious. It’s a nuisance to take the whole case off without damaging it to clean the case and the phone.I would give a better rating if it was cheaper but imo it’s just not worth the money.

Dropped once from 3′ and cracked a corner. True the phone was not damaged, but the case was totally compromised.Editing: The vendor responded promptly to my review with a refund. I bought another case from them. 5 stars to the vendor.

The one I purchased eventually broke when my phone had a nasty fall but my phone appeared unscathed. Luckily contacing customer support on the ESR website was smooth and will be receiving a new case.

I have been using this case for over one year and I must say overall I’m very impressed with it. Just one thing I wish they could change is the inner ring that holds the phone in needs to be stronger or maybe more flexible as it has cracked and or broken in the corners. I’m still able to keep my phone secured in the case for now but if it cracks anymore IDK if it will stay in.I love the kickstand and I use it daily and it is still going strong. It still feels like day one with the kickstand. Please ESR work on the ring to be more durable. I thing this case should last 2-3 years before showing signs of wear.
