Obviously don't drop your phone so be cautious with the other reviews but yeah to won't protect it completely. If you want a heavy duty case for drops get an otter box.

ESR made a fantastic case with the Tough Case. I needed a case for my Note20 Ultra that I could trust in drops but also that had a hard polycarbonate back to attach Rokform, SP Connect, and Quad Lock universal adapters to. To make switching between each mounting system easy, I bought three of these cases. I admit to dropping the phone on accident more than once and not a single scratch thanks to the ESR case. To me, they are a name brand and very reliable. I will be looking for a case from them on future devices too.

My toddler decided to throw my phone off a second floor balcony down to cement. My phone survived, only a slight scratch on the case. The rigid inner housing on the case only cracked after my toddler continued to throw my phone on the ground. The outer housing is still intact and protecting my phone. Will be purchasing another with confidence! Strongly recommend!!!

The case is very light weight, you can barely feel the difference with it on. It’s feels nice and smooth to the touch and the material doesn’t stick in your pocket, it slides right out. The case is raised enough to provide some level of protection to the curved screen without blocking any of the functionality. The clear back, in addition to the already reflective glass backing of the phone, make the back of the case almost like a mirror, which is a hidden plus! I could see it being a little slippery when hands are wet and I haven’t dropped my phone yet to speak on the protection it offers from drops. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

I had to buy another screen protector which was ok with me. The first screen protector did slide from my screen and when i placed the case the screen protector popped off. I prefer glass vs TPU so I was upset. After buying a second glass screen protector brand, It worked. The screen protector stays in place but it’s still a little too big for the case. The bottom end of the screen protector is under the case so the case is on kind of snug. . So beware.
