This is a great belt, fits me at almost the max length and I’m a large bellied woman. Also fits my thin 6 year old son At almost the smallest but could go smaller. Holds a standard plastic water bottle or anything up to 22oz probably but doesn’t easily open wide enough for a hydroflask. Better than most other belts that only held 6oz. The pouch doesn’t hold much, keys and I leave unzipped with my iPhone plus and air pod case, secure enough that they don’t fall out even with it open. I like it because I don’t typically have pockets.
