Love the case! The hinge can wear out, however ESR support was quick to send a new one out free of charge, Amazing service and a 10/10 case with a secure fit and and good drop protection. Very sleek.

Cannot get over how good this powerbank is, it has exceeded my expectations by far, absolutely excellent quality, literally couldn’t have asked for any better. It states in the advert that it will charge an iPhone 1.6 times, I think this is wrong and I think this is 5000mah bank. I get close to 3 charges on my iPhone 14. Also love that I can charge ny iPhone with MagSafe and also plug a usb-c in to charge something else. Got this because I’m far from any sockets in work and it has served the purpose perfectly.

With so many versions available, it was challenging to identify the right pencil. I needed one that could magnetically attach and charge on my new 2024 iPad Air 13". I bought three ESR pencils, including this one, and none of them charged through the magnetic connection. Ultimately, I opted for the cheaper USB-C only version, which I got at a 50% discount. They work well, and I’m satisfied, though I miss the wireless charging feature.

all the magnets are strong and all the viewing angles is the best feature.

I love this wallet, the construction is great, seems petty durable and the magnet is excellent

My only issue is the finger strap on the back. It gets in the way and makes an already slightly bulky wallet bulkier. I do want to congratulate ESR on build quality, i really aprpeciate that the strap is held in with tiny screws instead of just glued on, but i wish they made a version with find my & no strap

Very smooth, lasts long and the button is really useful. It’s fully compatible with the iPad Pro M2 but unfortunately not with the latest M4,
neither. with the iPad Air M2. Other than that is highly recommended.

I have used a number of ESR products and have been very happy with them. However, they have let the quality slip with this product. Details areimportant.

Aside from being heavy:

1. The delay for BT connection is too long.

2. It does not close all the way (unless you fasten the pencil protector strap. The hinge is too loose.

3. The QR code to register the device and extend the warranty flat out does not work. It take you to an invalid web page. Sloppy on their part.

4. To demonstrate the sloppiness and lack of attention to detail, the instruction sheet was obviously written for a different device. It details the use of the Fn key with the numeric keys when they supply a whole row of function keys. Completely unacceptable.

Nice clear pink color. Very good quality. Fits perfect to iPhone 15. I’ll buy again for sure
