This design update means that the phone’s display can refresh itself as much as 120 times per second. In previous iPhone generations, these phones ran on a 60Hz refresh rate. Their screens could only refresh themselves 60 times within a second. The faster refresh rate makes the operation of the iPhone 13 Pro max smoother and more interactive.<\/p>\n

The new phone’s display still features Face ID and is designed with a smaller notch that gives more screen room to the user. Both phones have flat sides and the same overall look.
