1. How can I claim an upgraded 24-month warranty?
As a Super User, you have a whole 24 months in which you can contact us to take care of any quality problems with your purchased product(s). Check out our warranty policy for more details.
2. How can I claim new products for free?
When select new products go on sale, we’ll personally invite you to try them out for free (including free shipping). And, of course, you’ll get to keep them! (Note: only includes items in our standard product range. You can also try out items in our premium product range, e.g. our iPad keyboard cases, at production price and with free shipping.)
To make sure we can get useful feedback, we’ll select appropriate Super User’s based on their engagement with us, mailing preferences, phone/tablet model information, and previous order history.
3. How can I claim free product upgrades?
When you buy one of our products, you’ll be able to upgrade to the latest version as soon it comes out in the future, completely free of charge.
For example, if you buy an ESR case for your iPhone 14 and then, the following year, purchase the iPhone 15, you’ll be able to get a free new case for your iPhone 15. This doesn’t include different models in the same generation. If you upgrade from an iPhone 14 to an iPhone 14 Pro or Pro Max, you wouldn’t be eligible for an upgrade.
When you upgrade your device, contact us to claim your Free Product Upgrade.
Please note: 1. This offer is only available for products purchased by those who have registered as ESR Super Users.
2. This offer is only available on products purchased after September 7th, 2022.
3. This offer is only available between 3 months and 36 months after the original purchase date of the product(s).

4. Does unsubscribing from ESR emails affect my benefits?
If you unsubscribe, you will no longer have access to Super User benefits.
5. Why doesn’t my order show Super User Points?
Super User Points will only be applied for orders that have been placed after the launch of the Super User Points Program from January 9, 2024, onwards. If you return or cancel an order, Super User Points earned from that purchase will be removed.
6. Is there a warranty for products redeemed using Super User Points?
Products redeemed using Super User Points are not covered by warranty. If the product arrives damaged, please contact customer service at esr.support@esrgear.com.
